for everyone
Lucky day 07-07-07 was spent visiting the Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. On the way back to downtown Puerto Princesa, we passed by Viet Ville for some snacks. Then dinner was at Balinsasayaw Restaurant.

Thanks to Oliver Banzon for treating the entire group at Balinsasayaw. Thanks also to Rolando & Erlinda Padilla from San Francisco, CA for the treating me out to dinner at Ka Lui and Rene's Saigon Restaurant, plus the coffee at Itoy's Coffee today. It was a coincidence that Linda is an avid reader of my blog. So she insisted that she treat me out. Thanks again! And to the rest of the gang, Em de Guzman, Rommel Cruz, and Richard & Agnes Cordero, thanks for the company! :)

Yup, I needed a break. As if I didn't have one just three weeks before. Hehe! But this one was indeed more relaxing.

Balinsasayaw is the restaurant. The soup is called Nido Soup which contains swallow's nest.

Crabs are my favorite; whether it be chili crab or garlic crab. It was definitely a fun night Ivan. I'm glad i met you and the Padillas. I saw your video on 'Mel and Joey' by coincidence. I also saw the civet cat and the coffee Alamid. ahahaha.. Although I'm quite queasy, i really want to try that coffee.

Hey Oli, thanks again for dinner! Buti nalang maraming sobrang crab! Hehe! You saw that TV appearance? Haha! I'm also curious about that alamid coffee. I think you could get it cheaper in Tagaytay.

Hi! How does one get to Balinsasayaw?
It's in the town proper. Just take a tricycle.
